As reported by the Radio Svoboda, the representatives of small and medium enterprises of Belarus are organizing the “preventive strike” for this Thursday in order to call on Government to withdraw from the Customs Union.
The head of “Perspektyva” trade union (Minsk, Belarus) Anatoliy Shumchanka said, that the forum of Belarusian entrepreneurs decided to begin to collect the signatures for respective petition.
According to Mr. Shumchanka, the rules of the Customs Union were adopted without the consultations with entrepreneurs and these rules harm their business interests.
The entrepreneurs are ready to start the large-scale protests on 1st of July.
[Editorial: As it was reported before, the Kazakh opposition wants the withdrawal of Kazakhstan from the Customs Union as well.]
